About Write to Reply

Write to Reply is a site for commenting on public reports in considerable detail.  Texts are broken down into their respective sections for easier consumption. Rather than comment on the text as a whole, you are encouraged to direct comments to specific paragraphs.

The copyright of the original texts and the copyright of all comments remain with their respective authors. However, by commenting on Write to Reply, you explicitly agree to license your comments under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 UK: England & Wales License.

Questions? Comments?

If you want to suggest a text for inclusion on Write to Reply, let us know. Likewise, if you want to help out or host a document, definitely get in touch.

If you think that the re-formatting of the text has distorted the meaning/message of the document, please tell us and we’ll look at how it can be resolved. It’s our intention to ensure that the texts are presented clearly and in their entirety.
